In case of exchange, follow the guideline below.
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not register your complaint.
- The return period of the defective product is ’10 days’ (Working Days). OR For exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 10 days (Working Days) of receiving the parcel.
- Please return the product with a copy of invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Exchange requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience
