The Artisans working for Mogh Limited are also the shareholders of the company.  They represent the embodiment of the traditional and contemporary aspects of handicraft production.  The artisans depend upon their rich heritage which has evolved over hundreds of years and combines ancient and traditional elements of design to provide them with inspiration to create contemporary motifs in the traditional methods they have been taught to use their entire lives.  The existence of these artisans is dependent upon their ability to market their products to the world.  They strive to preserve their culture and traditions and at the same time develop their skills and techniques in indigenous craft production.  Their desire is to improve and expand their work so that they may attain international exposure which is imperative to their survival in today’s global market.  The artisans in Chitral work in a household environment and each individual in a household holds an important position in producing any given handicraft.  They would like to retain the importance of household and family in creating indigenous crafts, and Mogh Limited is providing a means of doing just that.  They are empowering the women by providing them with continuous work and the ability to economically sustain their families as well as allowing them to remain in the sanctities of their homes, which is imperative in Chitrali culture; thereby retaining  the respect due to them in their society.
